In the Deltarune website, years before the game was released, there was only an image with hidden wingdings reading "THIS NEXT EXPERIMENT SEEMS VERY VERY INTERESTING" which is part of Entry 17, and one year later that message was changed to "THREE HEROES APPEARED TO BANISH THE ANGEL S HEAVEN". ![]() In said entry, Gaster says the phrase "darker yet darker", a phrase that would later be echoed by Seam when talking about Jevil, who along with Spamton would appear to have been contacted by Gaster and given the revelation of the world's true nature, causing their mental degradation. The voice in the intro speaks in the same manner as Entry Number 17 in Undertale.
