![]() ![]() ![]() I can kind of ASSUME you tipped well if the eltotal earnings are good, but ive honestly never noticed specific tip info when I look at offers. if we don't accept quickly enough, it vanishes, so I only focus on the obvious and important bits of the offer. it flashes so quickly and I'm usually focusing on the map. if it shows your tip I don't have time to zero in on. Unfortunately, we're usually driving when orders come in and it flashes the ENTIRE earnings total for that trip on the screen ( and how many miles I'd have to drive). If grubhub sends me another good order, I'll still accept it. And sometimes the restaurants around are being hammered with orders and there’s only a few drivers around (Grubhub sometimes tries to cut costs by given a driver multiple orders as it saves them a few bucks). Sometimes Grubhub sends us orders that were supposed to be picked up an hour before. But I don’t get mad at them for the most part, unless my order was being driven around town like on a tour bus. I tip very well, about $15-20 and I get a little irritated when they are late and my food arrives cold. Due to my regular 9-5, I have to travel around to different cities and states and due to tiredness and not wanting to bother the valet guys at the hotels I just order Grubhub. I usually just reject them, but I always double check as I’ve gotten two orders for the same customer.Īnd sometimes when the orders are late it can be due to the restaurant being super busy and behind on orders, so don’t always rely on the ETA.Īnd I understand your concern. ![]()
